Michael describes himself, first and foremost, as a father of two. His commitment to his family drives everything he does and is his source of passion for doing well in his professional life. Michael grew up in Sydney, completed a Bachelor of Business and an MBA in Agricultural Economics, and has worked for 15 years in agriculture and horticulture, building businesses and seeing farms thrive.

Michael was a leader in seeing Australia’s first vertical farm get off the ground and has also spent many years advising farmers on their financial positions. He has managed a team that took care of the agricultural finances of more than 3500 Australian farms and understands the importance of the bottom line for every farmer.

Michael enjoys the challenges of a sales and account management role and sees the carbon farming industry as a unique space with great opportunities for astute agricultural managers.
