Operations Manager
Remy is a people-and-planet-first operator with deep roots in regenerative agriculture. He’s worn many hats — farmer, educator, consultant, designer — but his values haven’t changed: respect the land, work hard, stay curious, and get up before the sun.
Raised on his family’s farm, Remy studied Agronomy and Biological Science in the south of France, followed by a degree in Sustainability in Perth. Along the way, he trained with some of the world’s leading voices in soil health and ecosystem restoration — including Geoff Lawton, Drs Claude & Lydia Bourguignon, and Dr Eric Petiot.
Remy’s career has spanned continents and sectors. He’s founded and run seed companies, organic markets, water-focused ag collectives, polyculture farms, and ecological design studios. Before returning to WA with his family in 2021, he was a sought-after trainer, media voice, and speaker on sustainable agriculture.
At Carbon Sync, Remy is the quiet engine behind much of what we do. He manages projects with precision, leads our compliance systems, and ensures everything runs smoothly — and above board. Detail-focused and systems-savvy, he keeps the work grounded, credible, and moving forward.
